Refund Policy

Every render uses paid AI time, so our refunds are based on whether you used your credits.

Failed renders

If a render fails on our side, the credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.

Plans

• If you haven't used any credits from a plan charge, email us within 7 days of that charge for a full refund.
• Once you've used credits from a billing period, that period's charge can't be refunded.
• You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period.

Credit packs

• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
• Partly used packs can't be refunded.

How to ask

Email ridefx546@gmail.com from your account email with the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.
