Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Ride FX (ridefx.app), an online studio that uses AI to edit videos and photos of bikes. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Ride FX.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Ride FX. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they must make any purchase.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share or resell accounts.

2. Plans, credits and billing

• Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
• Each plan adds a set number of credits every billing period. Unused plan credits expire when the next period starts.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, require an active plan, and don't expire while your account is open.
• Each tool uses credits based on what you create (for example, a number of credits per second of video). The cost is shown before you generate.
• If a render fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically.
• You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may change prices or credit costs. Price changes for your plan take effect at your next renewal after we tell you.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. What you upload

• Only upload videos and photos you own or have permission to use.
• You keep ownership of what you upload and of the results you create. You give us permission to store and process your files only to run the service for you.
• Results are made by AI and may not be perfect. Check them before you post.

4. What you can't do

• No sexual content, content involving minors in any harmful way, hate, harassment, or graphic violence.
• No deepfakes or edits of real people without their consent, and nothing meant to deceive, defraud or impersonate someone.
• Don't break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or try to hack, overload or reverse engineer Ride FX.

We can remove content, block renders, or close accounts that break these rules. Renders flagged by our AI provider's safety systems are not refunded.

5. Third-party services

Ride FX runs on services from other companies, including Higgsfield (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and storage) and Vercel (hosting). Their outages or changes can affect Ride FX.

6. No warranty and limits

Ride FX is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If the changes are important we'll tell you by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Questions: ridefx546@gmail.com.
